The gateway drug of dahlias, Cafe au Lait produces huge blooms in shades of cream with peach and blush overtones; their unique colors can can vary on the same plant. Popular with wedding designers, flowers look lovely paired with coral, peach, and pink tones. Not a prolific bloomer, but well worth growing.
